Equipment Class Taught on the Reformer, Tower, or Chair. Easily flow through a number of movements designed to increase flexibility, tone long lean muscles and strengthen your non dominant muscles increasing balance and control. Before registering for an equipment class a private class is required, please call to schedule a one on one with Dinah. Classes are 55 minutes.
Mat Class Moving with purpose and poise, Mat will challenge your mind and your body. Focus is placed on abdominal strengthening, toning and flexibility. Classes are 55 minutes.
Barre Class Challenging and fast paced, a workout at the Barre means BURN. Each body changing movement effectively targets a specific muscle group leading to a full body workout. Due to the intense nature of Barre, classes run 45 to 55 minutes.

What to Wear?
Please be comfortable. Wear workout clothes you are able to move in freely. Classes can be cozy, please arrive to class fresh as a daisy, your neighbor will appreciate it!
Please be on time!
It is essential to arrive on time for equipment classes, all classes are semi private it is hard to sneak in unnoticed. The first 10 minutes of class are dedicated to warming up the body and quieting the mind.
Cancellation Agreement We are holding your spot. Please be courteous and notify Studio 603 twenty-four hours in advance of a missed class. Appointments canceled less than twenty-four hours ahead of time will be charged at the full fee.
